I'd like to find a good mount for my HP 2205/2210 PDA. Has anyone found one they're happy with. I use the PDA with a Socket GPS system with Bluetooth. I know there are windshield mounts out there but how do they work with the S2K's firm and choppy ride? The cupholder mounts I've seen look like they would interfer with shifting. Anybody tried a vent mount?

EDIT: pricing is a year old. I am about to test a Panavise clip with Proclip PDA and ipod mounts to see if I can get both devices within finger reach. the current setup lets me tap the buttons on my pocket pc with my hand resting above (not holding) the e-brake.

 

I have the Garmin iQUE 3600 PDA mount attached to a RAM 6" flex mount and a RAM windshield suction mount. It works great, some shaking, but not really bad. I position the PDA mount so that it touches the dash and dampens out any motion caused by the firm suspension. I don't have any trouble reading the maps and turn directions while underway. I also find it nice when I travel. This setup fits nicely in my bag and is easily installed and removed from the rental car.
