People are dumb.

Unfortunately, as we all know, in the case of the S2000 people aren't given the option of not having a convertible. This might explain why I've dropped my top about five times since purchasing the car back in December. Some people just don't care about the wind in their hair and others, like myself, prefer to steer clear of skin cancer. The only time I consider lowering the top is at nightfall.

Wait a second. You got a car without a top and you never use the option??

It's nice to see that Razor, you, myself, and many others feel the same way about driving a "convertible only" car.
Hey asu...you're not going to lure me in to an arguement with you...it's not worth it.
You could buy me a hardtop though and I'll send you the convertible top once I remove it so that you can have an extra. Whadddaya say?
well regardless it IS weird seeing convertible mustangs, eclipses, sebrings, etc. withe the top up on a nice sunny day. I mean those ppl DID have a choice when they boguht their car and chose to go convertible. I don't really care as long as I'm enjoying mine, but still, what a waste

So am I to get this straight? you got a convertible, have had the top down 5x, and didn't buy the hard top? WHY?
Smokee, Please tell me you have had your top down more than 5 times in 9 months of ownership.
I'm with Clift...."What a waste."
