Default Picked up an 04 and traded in the 02

What's up all?

I picked up a suzuka blue 20004 this past weekend and traded in my suzuka blue 2002.

I must say the AP2 is much more responsive at low RPM and feels much more like a 32,000 dollar car. The interior is nicer, the headlights and taillights are elegant, and the wheels and exhaust tips are 50 times better in stock form.

However, when I am in second or third gear, the shifter has a mind of it's own and puts itself in neutral at times.. what is this?? am I missing something? My AP1 never did that!

The 04 is the most raw and uncomprimising of the ap2's. When I see thes 06 and up ap2's with their traction control and dbw, I just want to laugh. Congrats on picking the best year.

PS - This is a joke. Please dont anyone get

yea ur gears are popping out. prob. has worn synchros meaning the previous owner prob. beat the crap out of the car or just sucked at driving or both. ur lucky tho i'd prob. settle for a 04-0X when i'm out of college in a few yrs...prob. go w/ the last year they make them just because it'll be the newest one in 2011 when i graduate. (yea i noe long way to go)

I think there's a TSB for 04 S2000s on this - look in the Library forum.
