King's site is up. I didn't have any problems getting in there...

If you want to see these wheels on an S2000, just check out the project cars at the King Motorsports website.

The new wheels look great, Greg...
Hopefully I'll be able to scope them out at Gingerman someday.

Negative response on both accounts... The rear wheels do not need a spacer, but they need a centering ring.

The recommend size is 245/40/17 for the rear.

... and, greg, nope, the contact patch will not be bigger than the S02 contact patch (I don't want to revive this "war", but contrary to popular belief, the contact patch area size is dependent on tyre pressure and bearing weight, and on little else).

Shape wise, the 245 S02PP are (slightly) narrower than the 225 S02. Go figure.

Luis

You are correct my man, the shape of the contact patch will change however.

Well, I told my client to buzz off today and I'm spending the day doing two things. I just Zaino'd my wheels with Z1 and then a coat of Z2, then I will apply the spray (can't remember the number right now). Then I will wash the car, take it over and take some pictures...and post them here.

I spent the day at Gingerman yesterday, I want to post some about what happened there. It was a fantastic day and the S2000 stood up to and beat TT Supra's which had almost 3 times as much power. Of course, G'man isn't a fast/open track, so the Supra is too much car for it, but you will be excited at the results. Fellow member Clark and I ran about the same times and they were tied with the fastest Supras. We were 10 seconds better than the WRX's, M3's and other cars. Among the fastest were Clark and I and one Supra and and 3rd Gen Rx7. We were turning mid 1:41's and those two cars were right in there with us. The only faster was a fully built Porsche 911 racecar. He was turning 1:35's.

Anyway more later, I gotta put my third set of brake pads in two days on...

Very Sweet Rims! That is a nasty spoiler and roll bar on that pic though.

As promised, here are some pics! I'm so proud! I have been in a real hurry to get everything done today, so the pics aren't as good as I would like...I'll take some more the next time the weather is good...(supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow)

So far so good! A few more shots are here...

I think they look sweet!

I like darker rims like that and the bronze is a bit different. Enjoy!
