That yellow sticker on his front windshield is a Virginia Inspection Sticker, something that we have to put on if we want to register our vehicle and drive it on the road. I know, it sucks, they make us put it on the Middle of the front windshield. He should have another sticker next to it, his county sticker, but he does not.

Some techy stuff...
If you use a stock Ecm (pcm/computer) without a converter you will have a constant check engine light but there won't be any decrease in performance.
The rear O2 sensor is there only to check if the converter is working. It is not part of the feedback fuel system.
This is probably a really good track day mod.
Another note, depending on the emission test standards used by your state, a converterless S2000 may still pass a emission test. Probably won't pass a safety inspection if they check for missing emissions components.

I really like the clear headlights with the silver. What is the round logo on the front of the car?
With respect to emissions, most states don't even require a CAT, so removing it may not prevent you from passing an inspection. Don't even think about it in CA, however.
Do they put on cats in Europe and Japan? Perhaps that contributes the higher hp available there, if they don't use one, or they use a different one.

Notice the quality in workmanship and all of the extra welds that insure that it is mandrel. (No crush bending, actually no bending). It is also resonated to reduce noise.
If none of this is important to you, head to your local muffler shop and request a straight pipe. You will have to know the shop owner or someone there pretty well. Most shops will not do this at all, even for off road use. (Hefty fine for the shop if they are caught.)

Randy, Totally awesome. Looks great. I too ordered the Cav... body kit from G. Can't wait to get in on. Quick question to anyone who knows: The O2 sensor from the Cat comes open through the car from where? I need to attach a Fuel/Air ratio gauge to the o@ sensor but I don't have a helm book to tell me where I could tap in. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Mario
