That's bad..The S2000 really held up well.. I'm glad your son is going to be OK & Now I see why the other driver survied by not wearing a seat belt.

I can see the pics now. I'm sure glad everyone was alright. It looks like a pretty bad crash. The car certainly did it's job and protected the passenger compartment.

hey lisa, sorry about your car, i'm glad you and your son are okay, i just wrecked my s2k last week, there's a post about it, if you read the thread up top, i felt heart broken, but i'm goin to get another s2k, i hope you get another one too, keep on s2k alive

Lisa, Just checked in and saw the pictures. Goodness - am so glad Matt and other driver are okay. At S2Kdays (my wife Susan and I ate with you and Matt) I remember him talking about Grand Turisimo (sp?) 2 - tell him that is a much safer enviornment.

Although we are sorry about your car I'm glad it did its job of protecting him - the pictures are shocking. Hope he and and the other driver get to a full recovery soon. If you choose not to get another s2k we all will understand - I'd just consider a temporary lull in s2k ownership for you. Best wishes. Tom and Susan

I've noticed many stooks wrecking bad and the owners coming out alive......for a small car we're lucky!
