Default Plastic grill

Do I need to use my front plastic grill (or should I use it)?

I hit a 5 gallon bucket on the freeway and now, my grill won't sit properly on my car. A few of the plastic holders blew off and the grill barely holds on to my car.

I could get a new grill, glue my old grill in place, or just rip it off so it stops moving around.

What do you think?

Thanks!

No you don't need it, FI guys normally remove it to fit the intercooler in its place.

Yep, just there to guard your radiator from flying debris.

Thanks everyone. It's coming off this weekend!

Now I just need to buy an OEM lip to cover up the dents from that damn bucket.

I went with the grill to help protect the radiator and aftercooler.
