Plastic Rear window
I think Lexol Plastic cleaner works. I'm sure someone will come up with their own favorite product.
Tips to keep it clean are to one, make sure the top folds down correctly so that way you do not crease the rear window; two make sure it is always clean so when it folds down it does not scratch; three use the muz pad so it does not rub against the plastic (seperator from the trunk to the cabin).
Or
Do what I did. When I got a sub installed i told them to take out the plastic seperator and I havent had a problem since.

Clean it very well, using a good plastic cleaner("Plastix"by Meguiar).
When it's nice and clean, use Muz roof well mat on the inside, and static cling tint on the outside.
It will stay nice and clean for ever !!!
