Hm, no wrinkles would be nice but I'm not sure if I'd want yellow stripes down the sides of my top.

Solution to your problem (Free)

I got this from the Service Manager, he gave me what Honda told the service guys to do when the plastic window is all wrinkled- pour boiling hot water to it.

I kid you not, it works! Pour from the top of the plastic and let it drip down. Yes it will "scribble" up, but once it dries up, it will stretch all the wrinkles out. Be sure to clean it first and DO NOT USE WINDEX!!!!

I've got it. Seemed to help for the first couple of weeks, but that's it. Now the plastic still kinks evertime I put my top down. I have to hop out every time when it's half way down and press the center of the window down.

I use one of these...

http://www.prestigeautoaccessories.com/sto...31f9d9860f5f285

I found that after a few weeks it 'trained' my window to fold correctly and I then started using it only when my car is garaged or parked.

It's a soft rubber that won't warp (like pool tubes) with a soft velour outer sleeve that won't scratch or damage the plastic window. It is constructed so as to be adjustable to fit a variety of convertibles.

yes but you still have to get out of your car each time which defeats the purpose of not getting out of your car and having an electronic top.

Just tried that boiling thing and it doens't work. Tried it 2 diff times straight boiling and all it did was fog up the plastic where ever I poured it and then nothing lol. Waste of time I was worried that the hot water could damage my paint of fabric or plastic if I did it anymore since the water was still steaming and had hit some of the paint and fabric. 2 times is enough for me to say @!#!@ it

I just use plexus all the time and I'm happy with the window but takes lots of elbow grease....
