Default Please help

I dropped my car off before work, and picked it up at lunch. When I walked up to the car, My new Work s2r's looked white! They now have cloudy white splotches all over them, like I was driving on a freshly salted road. They must've sprayed something on them and forgot to rinse it off. The owner is taking responsibility saying that he'll pay for them if he has to, but if there's an easy way to fix this, that's what I'd prefer. Has anyone had this problem, and is there a way to take the spots off???

At the very worst you can have the wheels powdercoated.
