I bought SmartTire www.smarttire.com it from the Tire Rack, but most of the other major tire stores handle it as well. There's one gauge and it's about 2X3". Mine is mounted in the passenger footwell, hinged so that it's out of sight and out of the way, but close enough for me to reach, flip down, and read from the driver's seat.

I'm finally getting my car back from the installer today, so I'll be posting pictures of my set up sometime over the next couple of days.
