Default Plugging off HONDA EMBLEM HOLES

Plugging off HONDA EMBLEM HOLES w/o bondo.

IMO, the S would look alot cleaner without the badges. I have already removed the S2000 badges off MY05 and the lines flow smoother. Now, I want to remove the front and rear "H" emblems.

I know that we can always fill and paint but that takes too much money and time for something so small. Here is the question:

Are there color matched plugs that can fit inside the front bumper and trunk holes? I have the oem plugs for my front plates but was wondering if there is such a thing for the "H" emblems.

If there is, can ya'll point me in the right direction? Or can we get a vendor on here to either get some or make some.

BTW, just got my HT in today. Camera phone but will have photoshoot later.

Thanks,

Mike

Do it right and get the hole welded shut and respray the bumper/trunk or just leave it alone. If you're trying to make the lines of your car smoother, adding plugs to it is not the right way IMO.

I thought the front is just adhesive and the rear has plugs. Am I wrong?

There are prongs that the emblems have on both the front and rear emblems. So both the front bumper and rear trunk lid have holes for emblems.

I think it looks much better but don't weld the plastic front bumper. :LOL;

Mike, I think your S2K sure looks cleaner w/o the side emblems. Were the side emblems just adhesive/glued on (no prongs)? Anybody?

I did it years ago, before I got a proper shave.

I think it looked WAY BETTER than the crappy OEM Honda advertising!

I used plastic plugs, and painted them with Sebring and clear urethane. They were a perfect match.

Sorry, I can't find a pic of the front bumper plugs.
