I have Comptech S/C, my car has about 36K miles on the MY01. I think the kit has been on for at least 25K miles. The only problem since I bought it from the previous owner is that he had a aftermarket water pump pulley on the car and it is cause heavy ware on the S/C belt.

I first discover this after I got the car, I decided to change all the plugs, oils and belts just for my own peace of mind, I realized that the water pump pulley was rubbing against my supercharger belt, and causing it to loose an entire rib. So now I order the stock water pump pulley, and everything should be all good.

I just can belief that the previous owner was driving around with a rib missing from his S/C belt but never notice it.

Otherwise, everything is all good, I change my oil every 2000 miles, new plugs every 4000. People at my shop all agrees that the car is running like a champ.

Was that question for me? If it was, forgive my ignorance, but what's a FMIC?

I may be mistaken but I don't believe he has a FMIC. The pic looks like the new Comptech thing that is the same principle as the Vortech "chargecooler". He had to remove the front bumper cap to install the radiator for the intercooler.

I see... thanks for clarification. But I thought some one on this board has a FMIC setup for their Comptech S/C?

I swear kids these days....
It's pretty brave for someone who DOES NOT even have a S/C S2000 to make ANY claims at all. Did you not take note of those examples and that link I posted? At least we have what you call a "little" real life experience. YOU, on the other hand have NOTHING!

Oh, I'm old enough to be your father. YOU, are nothing but a kid to me, big boy.
