Default Positive Venting - Dings Gone!

I just wanted to vent and let other S2k owners know that my car drives 10x better after my dings were pulled from my body panels this afternoon.. It seemed to flow smoother in the wind and with more grace..

Long story short, I had 3 dings where the S decal on both side fenders were located.. These were my fault because I didn't take too much care in removing the decal and put the dings in there during the removal process. I also had a "butt" dent on the rear quarter panel. It was very minor, but noticeable..

Well, i was waiting for about 3 weeks for my dent guy to get to my car.. He was busy w/ his major accounts with a hail storm from about 4 weeks ago.. In the end, it was well worth the wait and $$ to get the work done.. And on top of that, it only cost me $80 to get 4 dings pulled.. the work is TOP NOTCH and you'd never be able to locate where the dent used to be..

PDR is definitely an ART and Worth it!! I wish I had pics, but I forgot to take some b4 and after shots..

I had this done on my 08 Fiji Blue Si. I never thought they would get it out. They did and it was PERFECT!!! I think I have pics some where...

Paintless Dent Repair is the way to go.

I had my ding taken out for free and it felt 100x better without hitting my wallet. The guy said normally he charges $75 per panel but he went ahead and did it for free because I had done another car there several weeks prior. It was easily accessible (rear quarter panel via the boot) and only took 10 minutes. Oh, and my seat felt much more comfortable afterwards, I'm not sure why.

no painting needed.. PDR = Paintless Dent Removal..

The crease can be taken out, however it may cost a bit more because of the time involved w/ them.. best thing to do is get a quote from several places and then go from there..

I really need to get this done. 1 ding in my passenger door, and a few dents in one of my rear quarter panels. Didn't realize it was so cheap, going to start looking for a place around me.

Wait, I thought dings make your car FASTER, like dimples on a golf ball, not the other way around.

Glad you're happy though.
