Is it possible for a 2002 S2000 to be worth $200K??
Hello!
I listed my 2002 S2000 for sale today and my phone blew up with calls and texts from prospective buyers. I soon received offers for well above my asking price. Some prospective buyers are saying that if it has a special four digit number on the bottom of the engine that it could sell at auction for $60,000 to $200,000. Is that possible??? It seems to be good to be true for a car with 162,000 miles on it that needs a brake job. Please let me know ASAP! Thank you!!!

100% scam.
Over the years I've had calls from 3rd party companies saying they could sell mine faster for X amount. We'll auction it and if it doesn't sell you wont be charged. etc...
I dont buy into it. Cars sell themselves listed online yourself. My last Mustang sold last year on Facebook Marketplace. Within days.
No S2K is worth $200k. Unless its Suki's driven movie car in the Petersen Museum from FF Franschise and even then. That things in terrible shape. They used cut up bath mats and butchered the interior just to get movie shots.
