Default possible find after months of searching?

I sold my 08 si coupe a while ago now and have been looking at c6 vettes or possibly still an s2k to use as a daily driver.

I've been trying to stay patient and am wondering if this is a good deal on this car... let me know what you guys think.

Could be stolen? Wouldn't hurt to get pictures though.

That price is ridiculous. Worth a look.

damn...too good to be true its a salvage....

Normally I don't care what the price is I drop it, but the guy on the phone said he got it from an insurance company and that the car has all of its original parts.

Apparently it got into a fender bender but only received a few dents and I'll post up the pics when I get them, need to make sure no suspension components were bent or anything but again he says the car has all of its original components on it.

We'll see I guess.

Also if everything checks out, this 06' with 21000 miles is worth about 17k trade in on the low end and hes asking $16500 or best offer.

I really dont mind lowballing even more now that I know its a salvage title and he bought it from an insurance company so "how low can I go"? Maybe $12000?
