Possibly transitioning from a 01 prelude to a 02/03 S2000 ....
I had a 99 Prelude SH before. Be easy on the gas around turns, but don't take your feet off completely.
Of course you can still coast through them, but don't go too fast when doing so. My Prelude was supercharged,
but all in all, handling was the same, and I can tell you as well as the Prelude tracked turns, the S2K is stiffer,
but at the same time it's more unpredictable. Just be safe until you really get to know the car.
As for all handling my ITR was hands down the best. I believe it would've outhandled the SH or S2K any given day.
Also, the weight distribution is almost completely even, so don't expect the squat you got from your Prelude when pushing it.
Use that great distribution to your advantage on turning, but be very watchful of the oversteer.

I had an '01 Prelude and loved every minute in it. You'll miss it, but the S2000 is worth it!
As other posters said, you'll need to get used to the S. It amazed me how much different this car "feels" compared to a Prelude, or really anything else I've ever driven. The body doesn't roll nearly as much, so it's not so easy to tell how close you are to the edge. On the other hand, I have trouble agreeing that the S is necessarily less predictable that the Prelude, since I lost the rear end of my 'lude suddenly and rolled it down an embankment.
I think the best advice is to just take it really easy until you're truly used to the new feel.

I am a 00 Prelude owner transformed into a 00 S2000 owner. Lets just say that tracking experience is on the polar extreme of the spectrum. As for daily driving, I perfer the comfort level of the Prelude. But that was quickly overcome by the looks and stares you will get in the S2000 hehehe
'98 for me! I sold it to buy the S in Dec of 2003. Been driving it daily for 5 mos. now, and haven't had any real adjustment issues. I knew going in it would handle different than my Prelude (it does - big time), so I gave her a certain level of respect.
Just make sure and take it like 7-8/10ths for the first couple months, and you won't have any problems. It outperforms the crap outta my modified Prelude, but not by as much as you'd think!
