Powdercoated AP2 V2 OEM Wheels
People don't powdercoat the center cap because the center cap is plastic. It will turn into a big melted glob. The only way you can do it is to paint the cap to match.
If you want the "H" on the painted cap, all you have to do is take the cap to a vinyl/sign shop (before you paint it) and have them scan the "H" emblem in. They can then cut the emblem in any color vinyl you want.
Slap the emblem on the painted center cap and away you go!

That is a great idea...now I gotta look for a reputable shop that can powdercoat in San Diego.

Let me know if he brings you to place to do it and I'll try to get my tires off my wheels and do it.
Maybe since it's two of, he'll lower the price?!?!?

Do these powder coat shops have equipments to remove the wheels and tires or do you have to bring them the wheels?
Obviously, call first, but I would be very surprised if they had the equipment to break down a wheel and tire. The shop I used did not. Wheels are probably not a very high percentage of what gets powder coated at most of these shops.
