Powdercoating Wheels
^ Powdercoating can range a lot from region to region. A killer price nowadays would be $50 per wheel, and the vendor might not have the best equipment. I paid $60 per wheel this past winter, but I get a volume discount... I think anywhere under say $75 per wheel is good when you are only doing 4.
The wheels always have to be sandblasted or bead blasted prior to powdercoating, this will be done by the vendor doing the powdercoating. The nice thing about this, if you have minor blemishes or scrathes on the wheels before powdercoating, once they are all done you will never know. Those paticular wheels on my Spa had a ton of surface damage, but had never been ramed into a curb, all 4 of the wheels cost me $235 and that included shipping to my front door.
