Default power door locks on s2k?

there is no power door lock button on a $32k car????
unbelievable!
how can a civic LX got a power door lock button but i couldn't find one on a s2k??
how can i unlock the passenger side door from the driver seat? (besides reaching all the way over to the other side) .. ?
wouldn't a power door lock button be part of the power door lock??

correct. not sure of many 2 seater cars that do. maybe there are some?

reach over or hit the unlock button twice, hoping you are aiming in the right direction.

yep, minor complaint on the lack of power unlock for the passenger side while one is inside and engine is on. I suppose i can always install a switch, but...oh well...who needs a copilot anyways.

Actually, if you lock the drivers door and then unlock it, it will unlock the passenger door.

Sounds like my GF. When I first told her that the car didn't come with one, she wouldn't believe me! Good thing for the remote (hit unlock twice and passenger door is unlocked)!

Whereas the lack of a power door lock is a quirk, it just further goes to establish the point that the S2000 was designed to be a single seater Passengers are only additional weight. . .

Can you explain? Engine on or off? Key in or not? Using button by inside door release? Or are you talking about the remote key fob?

well, if i'd known this (the lack of power door lock button) before hand ... i wouldn't have bought the car ...
... at $20 over MSRP ... maybe $10 over only ...
but when i lock the driver side door from inside, the passenger side got locked too, right?
