What sort of geo have you got on it?
Lowering will affect the camber geo as the fronts turn.

most of the time natural understeer can be fixed by induced overster. trail brake(keep some brake on while entering the turn) I guess this is only slow turns right? The point is to take some weight off the back for less grip inducing some oversteer. dont over do it though!

OEM wheels OEM offset it same but it has less understeer not as much.

not sure? all i know it was a 1.25" drop corner balance and aligned by Darren @ Westend on the agressive setup.

well.... its more for accelerating out of a turn not going super fast into and around the turn.

Punching out of the corner tends to create understeer.
