Ok, after thinking it over long and hard, it has come to me that I need to sell my S2000. There are things in my life right now that are not being fulfilled. I have other priorities than this car. I wish I could tell you what those priorities are, but that's a surprise. So, as of today, my S2000 is for sale.
I will miss the car, believe me I will. There's hardly a car out there that offers this level of performance, drop dead gorgeous looks, and reliability for the money. IMHO, this is how a roadster should be done. If I were to build a mold for all other roadsters to be drawn from, the S2000 would be it - without a clock and all. But no car can compete with the true priorities in my life, so our time together has ended.
As for the car I'm getting...I don't know yet. Probably something sensible, like an Accord or something of the like. I need something with room to haul stuff, reliable, and something I don't have to wash and wax every other day like the S2k. I just won't have the time. For my speed fix I'll have the CRX or something else always in the garage. Maybe in a few years I can pick up a used S2000 in yellow or a 2002 in blue (fingers crossed).
Oh yes, and the For Sale Section -
Mugen header - 1000.00 + shipping (probably sold already)
Mugen exhaust - 1250.00 + shipping
Espelir springs - 100.00 + shipping
Also have some other knicknacks here and there that I might part with. I'll let you know what those things are when I decide to sell them. If you are interested in the above items, please email me at <a href="mailto:vapor.trail@gte.net...il@gte.net</a>.
But I won't be dissapearing. I'll probably still be here ranting, preaching, educating, and arguing with Bieg and the rest of you. I'll be more than happy to continue listening and learning about the S2000.
Warm, happy regards,

What? What is this "get something sensible" crap. Are you having a baby or getting married?
(If so, "congratulations" and I look forward to having you back in the ownership fold!)

No, it's not the woman. She'd like me to keep the car as much as I would. I can't let the cat out of the bag just yet, as it might spoil both the surprise as well as the plans. You'll all know...in due time.
