Pretty disappointing... I need advice (very long)
I'd ask for the PDI check in sheet, the one where they have to note how many miles are on it when they PDI it. Even 25-30 miles is not uncommon, since Honda takes one off the line every so often and does quality testing. I'd have questions answered beyond the shadow of a doubt as to how many of those miles were put on it AFTER it was at the dealer.
If you decide to go with another one, do what The General did and tell them you want NOTHING done to it before you get it, complete with the white transport coverings left on it. As I understand it, he drove it home with all of that on it! You might PM him and ask what he had them do and what he didn't (obviously you want stuff like spring spacers taken out).
HTH...

I'd not even think twice about 50 miles on the odometer, but it would depend on the depth and size of these 15 scratches.
My understanding is that cars often get delivered to the dealer with scratches but that they often buff them out during preparation. But I'm guessing these are too deep to buff out?
The scuff marks are just from someone who is too big getting in the car to pull it off/on the truck/boat. They usually come right off...I even do it accidentally in my car- but always take care to get in carefully. My wife isn't so careful though with her high heels...ugh.
I wouldn't accept it if the scratches can't simply be buffed out easily. What you might do is barter with them- say you won't accept delivery of the car unless they reduce its price by $3000
Its worth a shot. It would be no big deal for a good autobody shop to remove scratches.

Thank you everyone for your advice! I feel the same way as most of you do.
I have been busy and haven't had a chance to talk to my salesman yet. I did leave a voicemail for him saying that I was very disappointed in the condition of the car. I got back from a meeting to find I had some new voicemail... I listened to it (I think he realized that he screwed up) and he offered to bring in a Silver / black S2000 from another dealer that is being delivered in a couple days. He even said they would keep the white sticky sheets on it, not fill it with gas, not install the floor mats, etc. I'll let you know how everything goes. Thanks again!

Sorry to hear that. The dealership where I am buying my S2000 does not allow test drives. They have a Yellow one with 30 miles on it only from the mechanics making sure everythign was ok. I did get to sit in it, but they only let prospective buyers sit in it. I won't even get to test drive mine when it arrives until the paperwork is signed.
I'd go somewhere else.
I'd go somewhere else.
My new stook has 22 miles on it and had never been test driven... it has 3.4 of those miles from taking it to the gas station to fill it with premium since my dealer did not keep premium on site. Actually, I think I read somewhere where your car could have up to 50 miles on it at delivery for testing and other miles to get it to the destination.
