Default Price For OEM Seats?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering what a good set of OEM S2000 seats were worth. Sure the dealership asks for $2,500 apiece, but we know that's not the value necessarily. So what is the going rate for some clean S2 seats in good condition? I know mostly it's about finding the right buyer, but being Red might help. Let me know what you've found or whatver. TIA!

It bothers me when a guest that doesn't own an S2000 and doesn't show where he lives asks what red seats are worth. And he doesn't give a reason for asking the question.

WyattH could conceivably be a would-be thief that's scoping out the potential resale value for seats in a vehicle that he has identified as a target. People on this site are eager to give helpful information, but personally, I don't think this is helping out anyone we want to help out.

And even if WyattH doesn't have bad intentions, this thread could very well be read by others that do. If he is interested in buying seats, he can post the question in the appropriate forum.

Dude, seriously...

Whether he is a thief or not, he could just do a search and find the information. Its not like he is asking where the secret compartment is . If anything, we should be giving him shit for not doing a search.

Sorry for not searching. And thanks for the helpful responses.
I actually do own an S2000, and will be selling mine hopefully for some JIC Magic seats. Just because I am not registered does not mean I am not an owner. But thanks for your skepticism.
