If it's low miles and clean, I'd say low 16s.

he's asking for 19k, but theres a lot of room for negotiation. I wish i could get it for 16k, but thats pretty far below kbb. thanks for the reply

are you looking at the retail or private party? You can get an 03 for 18k-ish private party.

I bought my 00 in March of 05 for 16,700. 19k in 2007 is just insane.

I bought my very clean '00 in 2005 for 18,500 - you ought to be able to do better than that 2 years later

19k is ridiculous. I wouldn't touch it for over 17. I bought my '00 in 2005 with 40% of the miles for 18k. It was a complete garage queen, never even driven in the rain.

Well, the thread said that the guy has a supercharger under the hood. If so, then I say 19k is a fair asking price. I would see if I can bargain some more. I bought my MY00 last year for $13500.

I would need to talk to the owner and really look over the car (check out the edges of the tires, spark plugs, oil and other fluids) and get an idea of how he took care of it.

Buying a used sports car is a 50/50 kind of deal, if it was bone stock and had never been modified to me it would be worth more than with a supercharger. If it truly has been taken care of I guess its not a bad deal, but I doubt a car thats been modified with an x-brace, forced induction, and probably some other mods was babied 100% of the time... good luck!
