Default Problem with side marker! HELP!

Well I just received a used pair of clear side markers from another board member today. After installing today, the little metal clip that holds it in place fell off into the hole where the side marker goes over. Any suggestions as to what I can do to keep it in place and not fall out?
Thanks in advance for any help you may provide!

Body molding tape might help.

3M heavy duty double sided tape. Use for body molding and some urethane body kit.

I've never had to purchase these before... where to buy from? Any autoparts store?

That means the clip was broken. I had this happen to me. Clip was broken and wedged in backwards. Buy another set and have a spare.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll see how the tape works first before I think about purchasing another pair.

If you do get another pair, avoid the German ones ("Seitenblinker" I think) with the metal clips. The clips tend to break - I had the same experience - and they do not hold the assembly as snugly against the body. Get the JDM official Honda part instead. I think both Rick's and Muz sell them.

I tried a magnet when that happened to me. Kept sticking to the inside of the body panel though. Just forget it's there and fid the part. I have no idea whether the body shop removed it or not.
