I ordered a set of eibach down springs for my friend's WRX from Gruppe-S on June 8 and paid via paypal. I've called with no answer, emailed with no answer, PMed with no answer yet, and I'm going to try to fax this monday when they are open and hopefully get a reply. No tracking # email was ever sent and I emailed them to ask for it with no reply. Has anyone been having trouble with gruppe-s because I'm about to retract my paypal payment and go somewhere else. Maybe they just forgot about it.

 

I've bought a couple of things from Gruppe-S and had no problems. They were parts for my Evo VIII but I wouldn't think that would matter.

I bought parts from them a while back. They did have stuff on back order and didnt tell me. I got my package of parts, not knowing I was missing parts. They came like a month later, I completely forgot about them.

I got my comptech SC from them about a month ago. No problem at all.

Tom from gruppe-s was very helpful actually. They held the package for me for a week since I'd be out of the country. And then they sent it through UPS for me, though they only use Fedex ground. I didn't want fedex ground because they have lost about $6000 worth of packages to date, and UPS hasn't lost anything. I didn't want my SC shipped to south america by mistake haha.

So from my experience, they pretty helpful. Give them a call, they can probably help you out.

 

they are up at thunderhill raceway this weekend so they probably won't be answering email any time soon.

Well I've bought a few parts from them and have not had any issues. I have also sold parts to them and I know they pay their bills.

 

okay...its just my friend had his stuff ordered through there too with no problem...and it kinda got me a little worried that my stuff didn't even come in after a while...but yea, i'll try reaching them again this week..
