Default Problems with the my S2K

Before having my car painted, the car handled well but a little bumpy. I thought that the wheels needed balancing (they were a set off another s2000). After the paint job, a couple days later, I drove the vehicle on the freeway and the handling had changed. It was a little less bumpy but it weaved to the left when I accelerated. I was wondering what could be wrong. The vehicle only weaves when I accelerate (not when I decelerate or when I drive normally). I would like to do all I can before paying exorbitant fees to the dealer. Any suggestions?

Must be uneven tire pressure.

yup. could be low tire pressure. these tires have stiff sidewalls and can be difficult to spot that they are low on air.

check your pressures.

Chances are, the car is pulling toward the side with the under inflated tire as it is smaller in diameter.

I've been having the same problem with my car every weekend when my left rear tire deflates. The car is a really scary to drive when one tire is at 10psi and the other is at 35psi.

you dont exceed the maxiumum weight of the vehicle do you? if you have that much weight on one side it will pull that way.... but im doubting thats the case.

I don't think anyone who exceeds the weight would be able to fit in the car...

The car already seems to be getting smaller and smaller everytime I get in it.
