Rick, is this project still active?... I would be interested in the V1 mount and the GPS mount for the streetpilot c550 (Is it possible to come up with somewhat of a 'universal' adaptor?).

This looks great. Can you post a picture in the actual drivers position looking straight out the front window? I think the shot from above is making the unit appear larger than it is. Thanks.
