the blue is only blue and is the best looking gauge in my opinion at night but during the day it can be tough to see...

Sorry my camera isn't the greatest. The pod doesn't obstruct my view at all. It barely sticks out, because of the angle the gauges stick out at. Over all I would say these are some sweet looking gauges for the price.

damn ok... i see what he means by it being hard to see in the daytime with it being red... Looks like i'll be going just pure white.

Are they hard to see in the daytime just with the top down or hard to see all the time? Even with the top up?

white is very clean at any time of the day...they now have 60mm as well and they are even easier to see in day...

I'll drive home from work with the top down tomorrow and let you know how the amber does. Eh sry I didn't hook up the whites, was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes.

With the top down you're gonna see a reflection of the sky. So amber might be a better color sense it wouldn't blend with the blue/white sky. When the sun is behind you, you wont see them well(especially if the gauges have smudges on them). So great evening time visibility, but no so great daytime with the top down.
