congrats....IMO the s2000 is one of the easier car to drive and learning stick won't be a big problem on this car. Have fun and drive safe. BTW good color choice, if i wasn't so lazy i would of bought black
Hmmm... that has been the opposite of my experience..

I do not find the clutch fatiguing at all, but at least on my car it is in a word "tricky". Nowhere near as forgiving as a lot of other cars. Getting smooth engagement without bogging, slipping, or stalling takes practice. I consider myself a very competent manual trans driver, but I am just now feeling very comfortable with it, and its been 4 months since I bought it.

I'll agree. The S is one of the more difficult manual cars I've driven. Driving ANYTHING else is easier on hills. It's one of the slickest gearboxes and lightest clutches... but that doesn't add up to easiest to drive for a beginner.

Xenox - I'll add my congrats and a question...

What made you decide on black?

I'm trying to decide on color as well. One dealer I contacted has on the showroom floor a white and black S2000.

My first choice is the Sebring Silver - black/red interior.

But when the black is freshly detailed it really looks SWEEEET !!!
