Default Pulling the E brake...

I had a friend that used to drive a Honda "bubble" that smacked into a poll one time after doing 90 mph entering a turn. Witnesses say that if he hadn't pulled the E-brake his steering wheel wouldn't have locked up like typical Hondas.

If he had just hit the brakes he would've still had control and would've still had his life......god rest his soul.

sooo, my question to this forum isss......does the S2K's steering wheel lock up if you pull the E -brake???

Would one be better off just downshifting and tapping the brakes a bit???

how does this affect drifting ????

I have never heard of a steering wheel locking because of an E-Brake, in ANY car. It doesn't make sense.

The E-Brake is a mechanical line to the rear brakes, what does this have to do with the steering wheel?

You were severely mis informed.

The probably cause of that crash you described was driving too fast and not an e-brake.

i dont think honda makes a model called the Bubble.

Ebrakes have nothing what so ever to do with the steering wheel.

Sorry to say but that was 100% driver error/wreckless driving.

yeah...no locking of steering wheels from e-brake pulling BUT if you yank the ebrake at 90+mph your car is going to lose control most likely and you will crash.....
