Put regular oil instead synthetic by mistake!
There is NOTHING to worrie about.
NO NEED to flush / replace the oil.
Syn and regular (dino) oil may be mixed without any problems.
Only in certain specific circumstances there MAY be a very tiny "conflict" between additives, in a way that they don't work as well as they should.
Only a small amount of regular oil was added,so, again: nothing to worrie about.
Just keep driving the car.
Keeping your eye on the level is way more important.
And that was done perfectly

I'm impressed with a wife who puts oil in cars.

Once upon a time, the story was that you shouldn't go back and forth from synth and dino oil fills. I don't think this is still true, but I'm not positive. I wouldn't recommend it, mind you, but I don't think it's a big deal.
As for topping off with a little dino... Don't sweat it!!!
