BTW, anyone in the US add on headlight washers? I think it looks pretty damn cool, plus it's functional.

Can't say for sure because the U.S. S2000 doesn't have headlight washers....but I can tell you what you might try.

My '02 BMW 3 series has headlight washers.

If you clean your windshield with the headlights OFF -- only the windshield in sprayed.
If you clean your windshield with the headlights ON -- both the windshield and headlights get sprayed.

At night, if I want to clean my windshield but NOT the headlights (makes a mess), I turn off the headlights (not while driving) before I pull the stalk on the steering column.

You might try that with your S2000. Turn off your headlights and see if they still get sprayed.

Seems logical to me, but I don't know for sure.

What a PITA. Do the headlight washers actually do anything useful? My headlights get washed about every 2 weeks when I wash the car, and they NEVER get dirty enough to affect the brightness of the headlights. The washers seem like a useless feature unless you're living in Tunisia or something.

Are headlights more dirty in Tunesia than other places? <grin>
