Anything is possible. I'm not sure if anyone has done it yet though.

We have been wondering the same thing. Can they be cleared, sure. Can the lens be replaced with clear version, not yet.

Since the JDM headlights are now the same as the USDM headlights, will anyone want to?

I think that there will be a demand for it. My motivation for smoking/clearing was not driven by the JDM scene.

I would be interested in clearing a set of 04 headlights for use on my 02.

How can you clear the headlights. I was looking at them and there is barely any orange in them at all. I know that you guys are not going to spend hundreds of dollars to clear out that little speck of orange in the HID enclosed area? That seems like a big waste of time because it really won't even be noticeable. Maybe a chopshop can prove me wrong, but really I don't see the point.

Maybe some people do it because they want to. Personal preferences are just that, personal.

I'd do it, just to go for the overall clean look. But then you would have to take the orange out as well.
