Question about AEM V1 for AP1

Question about AEM V1 for AP1
Just wondering if the CAI AEM V1 for an AP1 will fit and install properly in an AP2. Tried the search function, but couldn't come up w/anything. Also, how does it sound? I know power increases are minimal at best, but anything noticable? Thanks in advance for your input.
