question about color wars

Everyone says GPW is rare, but where I live thats all I see, and almost every local meet I go to its the most common color. Almost everyone in the carolina section has GPW!.........Rare? I don't think so, Honda just forgot to paint a few cars.

No, sadly you read that right...
Somehow I doubt I am the only one with that most beautyfull of colors, but since it should be far more rare than GPW I declare myself a solo faction. Until the rest of the burgundy hordes assemble under the flag.
And, as you can see, my mighty factions first move is to hijack the white thread...

It kind of pissed me off actually. It took me about 2.5 years to get myself in a position that I could afford the car. In that time, I only saw one (1) GPW at the dealer I was going to do business with.
About the time I was ready to buy, they had one show up on the floor. I wasn't "quite" ready to buy so that one was sold to someone else. No problem, I ordered one. The dealer went out and found one, worked a trade with the other dealer, and I had my car. In the mean time, while I was waiting on my car, they sold another GPW and in the year that followed, I think they sold another 6 or 7 GPW's
In all that time, I only saw one S2000 in my home town and I don't think they were local. I think they were just driving through. Now that I've got mine, there's another GPW here in town. Mine's a 2004, hers is a 2005 with all the factory body work on it, front spoiler, side strakes, and rear wing.
Oh well.
