the tips just rattle real bad and you'll have to end up re-riveting it. other than that its a pretty good deep sounding exhaust. you do get a mid 3-4 rpm drone. i love my invidia. it suposidly puts down the most rwhp for the duals 5-7 rwhp i believe.

Haven't noted any rattaling withh my V3 but I did lose a silencer somehow.
Repalced the silencer using a little Loctite. No problems since.

I have a V3 and the build quality seems great... don't notice any rattle except for the silencers and my rear tray (the one that holds the top when it's down).

I'm adding a TP today... I'm interested to see if the change in tone changes the rattles at all.

I'm sure you've heard that the Invidia is very loud in the cabin and has a drone that many find very unpleasant between 3-4k rpm. Many, including myself, bought the Invidia and thought that the drone would be livable or get better over time, but end up getting rid of the exhaust for something else.

There are some dual exhaust alternatives that are not as bad...such as the T1R Sparrow.

I haven't noticed any rattle with my V3.

I did put in the silencers once and tightened them up to what I thought was fairly tight. My S however took offense at me putting them in, and spit them back out at WOT on the highway 15 minutes later.

Oh well should have never put them in to begin with.

I just ordered one after listening to a bunch of different exhausts. I liked the Invidia at first becuae of the great looks. The pictures don't do it justice either, you need to see it in person to get an idea of how well it matches the car and makes for an aggressive look without being too big at all.

Then I heard the darned thing.... I almost creamed myself with excitement. I have heard alot of exhausts and have never heard one this sweet. Yup, it's hella loud, but if that's not a problem for you, get it. Some people can live with loud exhausts, some can't. That is for you to decide.

For me, the silencer issue won't be a problem, becuase they will never go in.

The thing is, it may be fairly loud around town and during anytype of acceleration but on the highway at constant speed it turns into a pussy cat. Virtually no sound at all.
