Default Question about OEM Rear Suspension

Hey guys I was just wondering if the S came from the factory with reservoirs on the rear shocks?

I found out when I put in my exhaust and I saw em on my rears.

My OEM shocks have happy extra fluid inside good stuff

it's only that way, because they couldn't fit a regular size one back there. it's not because it's some super nice suspension or anything...

So how come the Koni yellows and other non OEM shocks don't have them?

better valving, different internal structure. maybe they're digressive struts.

Because they are not as good? The res is for more fluid volume for a given fixed length. Moton/olin/penske/blah....can also give you additional controls on that volume. The stock kini yl is definitely a basic part and not really an improvement.
