I figured it out...
1. Go to your photo album
2. open the photo
3. right click it and look at properties
4. highlight the weblocation and copy
5. go to the forum ofyoru choice and paste
6. note: some forums might be different from other so look at instructions individually....

so, YES, it can be done :-)

 

It's even easier than the above. I used the above procedure to get the URL (this time I actually opened the image rather than just displaying it on the first page). Went to my message and, when I was ready to insert, clicked on the INSERT PHOTO menu above the edit box and my images were already displayed as available. I'm not sure if I didn't check last time or if it was a timing thing (took a while to be made available in that pulldown) but it works now. See:
