Hi
i am not sure if im posting this is right section but i have some questions about stock intake box.

i gutted out my stock intake box and removed my resonator. i was wondering if connecting hose/pipe to fender wall will help(ive seen alotta members who did this).
i will be using this box w/ injen short ram intake and spoon rep snorkel. im just wondering if stock air inlet is all i need or making a extra whole(to connect hose/pipe to fender wall) will help my intake breath better.

so will that blue hose/pipe/tube thing help my intake breath better?

itll be hard to seal up where pipe goes into air box....

Why bother?

all you can feel is the increase of noise, maybe half a horse?

whatever flow your boat

 

isnt short ram intake give you "ok" gains??(please correct me if im wrong) and i thought it would be better to use them w/ stock box since short ram intake tunrs out to "hot air intake"
