Question concerning alignment
SOB that's what it is - theres a
ing screw in the right rear tire...I guess I'll go to firestone in the morning. Should I put the spare on to drive it over; doesn't sound like I should or should I leave it as is (I haven't pulled out the screw) and drive it over there....
Don't DRIVE IT without air pressure!!! One curb and you can shred your sidewall... no chance for repair.
Options:
1. Get a hand pump or portable electric pump, inflate and drive short distance to Firestone.
2. Use fix-a-flat and either leave screw in or take out. Drive to Firestone.
3. Put spare on and drive to Firestone.
4. Borrow friend's car, take your wheel off and bring it in for repair.

Well I've got to work at 7, firestone opens at 7 so I've refilled the tire and I'll check the pressure in the morning and refill it before driving it over to firestone and getting it replaced or repaired...its no more than 5 miles from my driveway....
THe screw is in the tread so they should be able to remove it and repair it...
I don't want to
up the diff if I put the spare on

The outside diameter of the front and rears should be the same, so it's safe to put the front on the back (as far as the diff goes). Just remember that the width won't be the same side-to-side, so your handling will be a bit weird... not that it matters, because your handling will be weird anyway, due to the spare on the front. Just drive slowly.
Oh.. and since it sounds like you're having a hard time grasping the "how do I get my flat tire fixed" concept:

Be sure you remove the tool kit from the trunk before you try to put the flat tire back there to transport it... otherwise your trunk won't close and/or you'll damage your trunk lid.
And don't forget to take the key to your wheel locks with you to the Firestone dealer. BTW... if Firestone is going to charge you for the repair, you might consider taking it to Discount Tire, instead. They do flat repair for free (at least my local one does).

Take in anywhere but Firestone. They overcharge you all the way around. Discount Tire is the only option.
If you need a re-alignment, the Houstooks are about to have a group alignment one Saturday in the future. Our contact, C&C Northside Motors, is offering an all-wheel alignment for $60. He does all of the Houston area Porsche/BMW/Audi cars that run at Texas World Speedway. Several of the HouStooks have had excellent results that rekindle the S2000's nimbleness.
I'll PM you, if I remember. Or just PM me periodically.
Good luck with your tire repair tomorrow.

If it's a really slow leak, you could just pump it up and drive the five miles, but if it drops below 20 psi or so you are damaging it by driving on it.
