In the UK - we got the S2000 GT Ultimate 100 instead of the CR.

It looks like Honda robbed the CR parts bin, black logo's and badges on the side of the car for example - and the wheels we have seem to be identical to the CR. 5 spoke - dark colour.

We even got black wheel nuts - with a chrome locking wheel nut

EDIT - Errata - Not Chrome- But S. Steel. ( just in case I get PM'd requests to ship over chrome ones )


So..the big question......Is there anything special about the CR locking wheel nuts that it wouldn't fit on my car?

Checked out handa.com and their website seems to indicate they are.

Could you sand and paint that chrome nut?

Thought if the parts were identical - just get the parts.

 

Shouldn't be anything special about them. Same studs and thread pitch.

 

Yeah, these are like every other S2000 lug... Mine actually had the locks and I pulled them over, replacing them with the OEM lug.

I HATE locks, since I've never had anything but trouble with them.
