Hi, I am new to this board.. will be picking up my S in a couple of weeks... take pics by then...

here is a question regarding Hardtop... since spa yellow comes with a HT...

does a vin plate comes with the Hardtop on the Spa Yellow?
or does a vin plate comes with a Hartop at all?

I wanted to get a used HT, just afraid that it could be a stolen item...
any light shed on this would be appreciated...

I thought Spa was sold with a hardtop for only one or two model years and now you can buy it without. (I could be wrong on this.)
DoGMaN lives near you and has a Spa with hardtop. He'll be able to tell you if the HT came with a VIN sticker.
As far as I know, this whole VIN sticker thing was only an American "perk" for a limited time only and is no longer available even to them. When I got my Silverstone HT, I made a bit of a fuss with Honda Canada and they were gracious enough to custom make a plate with my car's VIN on it that I stuck on the HT where the "official" VIN plate was installed on the US HT's.
This VIN plate was a small plastic oval a little over an inch long. It mounts on the interior rear lower sill of the HT.

Hey Mannn (LOL), why not consider getting a black HT for your Spa yellow. That would look so cool.
