Default Question to those who have done 130+ mph

I was on a drive back from AZ @ about 3 am and since I had the highway all to myself, I thought I'd test the tripple digit range. I got it up to about 140 for a brief second, but It didn't feel very stable. It almost felt as if one of my tires were out of balance. I was wondering if that was normal? I've heard that the NSX can do 150+ mph and feel incredibly stable. My car is lowered with HKS springs and I have a fairly new set of S03s on them with a good alaignment. Could the springs have contributed to the unsteady feeling, or was it just because I was going incredibly fast? Anyone else experience this? Keep in mind that this was a once in a lifetime speed test, I don't normally drive that fast. I was just curious. Thanx!

I've ONLY gone 115 in mine and was amazed at how stable it felt. However, maybe the combination of the car being lower and your S03s may have contributed to your instability. I'm not saying anything bad about the S03s, but the S02s were specifically made for the S2000. Just my opinion.

155 and didn't have any stability problems. I too hqave the HKS springs on the car now, but haven't done a high speed with them.

156 and felt plenty of pedal left. No stability issues :-)

check your alignment and tire pressures. things that go unnoticed at 70 can pop up when you're going twice that speed I've gone 150 on several occasions without incident. It can start to get unstable, especially if you have a crosswind.

Thanx for the replies. Could this maybe be a CV issue? I do get a loud click when backing out of my driveway in the morning, but I figured it was the brakes sticking. Any advice is greatly apreciated.
