Default question for those who have ordered from muz...

I am thinking about getting one of his shift knobs, but do you have to pay any kind of extra tax or duty or something because they are going to be imported from australia? Has anyone chosen the express shipping option from international courier? How much shorter was delivery time? I was told 10-21 days for the regular shipping- too long.

I've ordered express and it came quickly as promised.

You pay the cost of the parts and the shipping only.

Im trying to figure out what carrier they use so I can check their website and see exactly what qualifies as "express." Do they use Quick International Courier http://www.quickintl.com/
or someone else? I just need to know if "express" is worth the extra $15. Also, can I get it delivered to an address with no mailbox?

When I got the package, it was from DHL. Inside DHL's package was another similar thick plastic bag that had the name of an Aussie distributor.

Why not email or PM Muz and ask him?

I used the bottom of the line shipping method (I'm cheap) and it did take a little longer than they quoted on the site, but no import duties or anything.

Have ordered several items from Muz. I have always opted for the standard delivery. It has always arrived a few days earlier than promised.

I've received the trunk saddlebag and shift knob within 1 week's time of ordering. Never paid any duties on these items and I thought the shipping time was very convenient.
