About the launching it to spin the back tires; I don't wanna go forward!
Then just do it in reverse

Ok, first off, there are WAY TOO MANY people who dont know WTF they are talking about here.
That would include me.

Last time I went to the strip there was no water. There was a burnout area, where people could pour their traction compounds on the pavement and burn it into the tires. Most people either used bleach or proprietary traction enhancers. Back then, a burnout in bleach DID make our bias ply street tires hot and a lot softer. Have bleach and other traction enhancers been outlawed, or are they simply ineffective with modern tires?

Do the brush-on traction enhancers (for road racing) actually work?

Wisconsin, thanks for the answer! I'm pretty ignorant to drag racing, so I guess I know now not to go into the water box.

The S2K is not meant to be a drag car;get a Rustang.!!!

I was only joking.!!!
The "S" is not a drag racing car,and it is not a road racing car,race ready,in either form,but that does'nt mean,you can't enjoy it,both ways.
It's a fun little roadster,powerfull and agile.
As far as those who want to make burn out,to impress the gallery, just get a "line lock";it applies the brakes to the front wheels only, leaving you free to spin the rears,at will.
Used to have that,in the old days.
