Default Quick Question: For prospective buyer (50 State?)

Are S2K's all 50 State cars?

I live in Lovely California and need to know if I purchase a car from Ebay (out of state) is it going to pass CA Emissions?

I know Motorcycles do not come standard as 50 state emissions, is the S2k the same or different levels?

Looking at a car in Nevada (on of the most relaxed emissions states)

Don

Before you do anything read this:
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/vr/osreg.htm#BM2561

Cars are either manufactured 50 state, 48 state, or with Northeast emissions. NE emissions are similar to CA. MY TT has NE emissions and it passed Smog no problem.

Basically, if it has less than 7500 miles you cannot bring the car here.
