Default Quick Question Top

Hello All, I just order a Robbin Top, with glass defroster, it's only 50 dollars more then the one with glass so might as well get it, my question is that, are the wiring prewire in my s2000, it's an 2000 S2000, and what about the switch for it, where can i get a factory or a good look alike switch?

Thanks for your help

For those people with a similar question, I had a webpage with the information on how to wire in the defroster, but it's gone now. However, if you send me a PM with your email address I can send you the information. It has information on how to wire in the defroster, how to install a dash-mounted switch, and how to wire it so that you can also use a hardtop with its' defroster (uses a relay like the '02 and later models). Also, if you have electronics skills (making circuit boards), you can create a circuit that will activate the defroster for a limited time and then turn off automatically.

I am not sure, but you may also have to modify your top mechanism to fold differently that with the plastic top. Maybe someone who knows the details can speak up. It may also be in the DYIs.
