What size and type of autocross tires is everybody running on their 16" wheels

Most (not all) are running Kumho V700's.

225/50 front and 245/45 rear.

There have been some really good discussions of the merits of various race tires on the S2000-Motorsport mailing list. Click www.egroups.com/group/S2000-Motorsport where you can browse the archives of the list to find the discussions.

But the majority of people are running Kumho V700's 225/50 and 245/45... Available at www.tirerack.com
